Since, our candels are handcrafted by Guatemalan talented Artisans, differences may occur due to the handcfrated technique to elaborate the Candles. Notwithstandig, we seek to elaborate the handcrafted candles as close to the pictures of the candles illustrated in our website, social media, brochures, etc.<\/p>\n

It\u00b4s understood by our clients, users of our webpage, social media, etc.\u00a0 that these\u00a0 differences are part of the handcrafted process, therefore we don\u00b4t warrant total uniformity of every single candle when compared to the prototype ilustrated in the pictures of our webpage, social media, brochures, etc.<\/p>\n

LAVVA <\/strong>is a unique candle, each LAVVA candle is different from the other one, and different to the one you see in the pictures of this site, clients, \u00a0users of our website. So, the pictures of our website, social media, brochures, etc, are only for reference, you will not get one equal to the one ilustrated in our pictures.<\/p>\n

– Burn no more than 1 hour at a time, and never with less than \u00bd\u2019\u2019 wax remaining<\/p>\n

– Keep candles away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children and pets\u2014and never leave a burning candle unattended.<\/p>\n

The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn until the wax is evenly melted, this may take several hours but will help your candle burn more evenly every time you light.<\/p>\n

If you want\u00a0 to cancel your order please due it\u00a0 within five (5) bussiness days of placement. For more information please contact us at\u00a0info@okotecandles.com<\/p>\n

RETURNS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not accept returns to Guatemala, due to the international shipping rules. If the product is defective we will replace it, if reported\u00a0 within the first five (5) days of receiving your order. So, please send your report to\u00a0info@okotecandles.com\u00a0and we will offer you a solution within 24-72 hours of receiving your communication. The product will be replace in a timeline that we will inform you, timeline that depends on: existing inventory, if raw material is available, production at the time of the report.<\/p>\n

Also, if you received a product that is broken, blemished you may choose for a refund instead of an exchange. Refunds will be issued via the same method used to pay for the original product. We will refund you the nominal value of the producto plus the shipping cost.<\/p>\n

We do not make refunds for products that are not defective. If you have ordered a producto by mistake, you can exchange it for another product (if the product you choose has a higher Price tan the one you mistakley chose, you will have to pay for the difference).<\/p>\n

Also, we will bill you the cost of the\u00a0 shipping cost of any replacement merchandise, this is in order for us to finance pay re-shipment of the refused inventory to a third party in the U.S., and we will send you a prepaid mailing label once we have come to agreement on the exchange\/credit options.<\/p>\n

Any sale items listed on the website are considered clearouts and are not subject to refund.
